Welcome Back Bake & Garage Sales
Annually the New Chauncey Neighborhood hosts an Annual Bake and Garage Sale on the weekend the Purdue students return from summer break. There is always a lot of activity on this weekend and the sales of both tasty treats and gently used items is brisk.
There is always a hidden gem to be found at someone's sale, even if they are not really selling their garage!
The coffee and tasty treats have been served up in the Green's front yard on Park Lane and are a welcome start to many of the garage sale shoppers.
The funds raised by the Bake Sale go to NCNA to offset the costs of the Summer Picnic, Halloween Parade, Soup & Dance, and the other projects that NCNA sponsors.
