Welcome Back Bake & Garage Sales
This year's Bake Sale was a delicious affair with the ladies pictured below kicking it into high gear in the kitchen. The ladies - Allison Green, Kelsie Hession, Katie Shively, Olivia Long, Natalia Ochoa, and Katie Felder all started 7th grade at West Side the Monday following the sale. The sale included blueberry muffins and scones, coconut banana bread, cinnamon chip coffee cake, rice crispie treats, no-bake cookies, brownies and lots of cakes.
To pull the Bake Sale off the ladies baked all Friday night, woke up early Saturday morning to set up shop.
The sale certainly benefited from their creative marketing ideas.
The Bake Sale was also sponsored this year by Ian Michael Green Photography, West Lafayette and Ultimate Tan, Lafayette. New Chauncey and the Bake Sale team truly appreciate their support.
The Garage Sale worked out well too. There were 14 sale locations listed representing at least 17 families. The sales had a huge assortment of items for sale. From furniture and desks to chest freezers and fabric to games there were lots of deals to be had for the early shoppers.
